We were grateful that we were allowed to check in late at 9:30 pm due to unexpected traffic. the location is a bit challenging to find, even with Google Maps, but once we arrived it was worth it. the room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge stocked with Italian sweets. Although there weren't coffee-making facilities in the room, we appreciated the excuse to explore the nearby bar for a delicious cup of coffee.
The hot water in the shower occasionally went cold, causing some discomfort.

We appreciated the flexibility of the late check-in, as we were delayed by traffic on our way from Rome. The room was well-stocked with Italian sweets in the fridge and there was a nearby bar where we could get coffee. the location was near key attractions in the area.
We had some issues with communication regarding the locks on the doors and how they worked. It was also disappointing that the breakfast was not what we anticipated, as we were expecting a sit-down meal with coffee.

We were happy that we arrived late at night and were still able to enter the room without any problems. the location was close to where we needed to be and we were able to find it with some help from Google Maps. the room was spacious and had a mini fridge stocked with an Italian sweet.
We were expecting a proper breakfast, but there were no coffee making facilities and only one Italian sweet was provided in the fridge. We were disappointed that there was no communication about the locks on the doors and hot water issues with the shower.
